Didn’t watch a minute of the NBA All-Star stuff. Just can’t bring myself to care about it. I used to watch a handful of NBA games each year, but it’s gotten to the point where I consume so much baseball stuff that I don’t have room for it. I watch a good deal of the playoffs, but that’s about it.

Um...Craig...it was the Daily News that published that famous "Drop Dead" headline. Back then, the News was the right wing knuckledragger's paper of choice in New York, not the Pestilence, so that kind of malicious misquoting and misrepresentation was as de riguer for it as it is for the Pestilence now.

It was the Daily News, surprisingly, not the Post, with the Drop Dead. For further reference, “Dewey Beats Truman” was the Chicago Tribune, which for years owned the Cubs.
