Quote of the Day: Pete Rose

Feb 21, 2011, 10:30 AM EDT

Pete Rose

“I don’t know about you, but I would’ve slept with Elvis”

Pete Rose, proving that sometimes things are better without context.

Now try to get that image out of your head.  Let me help:  This version of Elvis and this version of Pete Rose.

You’re welcome!

    Haha, Craig, you’re nuts.

Damn it, Craig. Some of us have weak constitutions.

  3. BC - Feb 21, 2011 at 10:46 AM

    Yikes.

I’m really not sure if there could be two worse pictures posted on the same blog. But I have to say I am dying laughing thinking of that scenario.

Craig is here to give us all a bump in self esteem today. My confidence just quadrupled after seeing that.

Now I’m thinking of that post where Pete Rose saw Joe DiMagio’s schlong in Vietnam. WTF was going on back then?

Ok, Dykstra with chaw hanging out of his mouth now has some serious competition for grossest picture on a blog; sports related, so far in 2011. Why you gotta do me like this, man? As for the Rose comment; just goes to show that bad judgement is a character flaw that never goes away.

    The hits keep coming.

It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

This was much more entertaining than all the lawyers and their Wilpon/Madoff comments.
