Nah Walk, that's right on, what you said. I been following this one for a while and no 1 has as yet to mention a 2nd weapon. Pity chrsny3 doesn't comment here; he knows all things law-like. What's the rules Dominica way? You gotta get stuff like evidence and such or can you hold a guy with no ballistic match to the murder weapon, some circumstance, no real witness any more etc? I mean if the guy was, like, famous and such, you can just hold him cause you want to, or do you need to have anything tangible on him?
This thing is a hair ball and I feel for this kid being in the middle of it. If he did something to cause another's death, show some proof otherwise let him get on with his life.

Oh well one should never let the facts get in the way of a good prosecution.(SET SNARK FACTOR TO 0) And holy crap i was kidding, just had to add that to cut off the next 6 posts, wont stop the ones that read first sentence only, should get about 3-4 of those posts though.
