You gotta get stuff like evidence and such or can you hold a guy with no ballistic match to the murder weapon, some circumstance, no real witness any more etc? I mean if the guy was, like, famous and such, you can just hold him cause you want to, or do you need to have anything tangible on him?
This thing is a hair ball and I feel for this kid being in the middle of it. If he did something to cause another’s death, show some proof otherwise let him get on with his life.

Do they now have another gun?
