I had a wart on my foot in roughly the same spot. I am a running and I am in an adult football league. Its a pesky thing, its constantly rubbing and you’re always aware of it. The worst part is, when it does burst black spores come out (or it did with mine). At least it happened in spring training.

Well, I was gonna leave this one alone, BUT, since our boy bradwins said it was non-painful…sorry, not so much with the non-painful. Least painful spots tend to be backs of the arms and legs. Interestingly the most pierced body parts, the septum of the nose and lobe of the ears, are quite sensitive comparatively. Now if you really want to see how sensitive the soles of your feet are, have someone sit on you and someone else tickle your feet. Since you probably don’t actually need to have to have this happen to know that you’ll go nuts, you can figure that the soles of the feet are really not some place you want a half inch wide to 1/3 inch deep hole in. Cuddyer’s painful foot is REALLY painful. Doubt he can even wear a sock with that uncovered. Plantar warts are just no fun at all.

You have to be kidding? Like leather? Your feet have more nerve ending than any place in your body. Try getting a numbing shot into your heel. I’m surprised the doctor lived when I did.

Thanks to your timely warnings of last weekend, I have my defenses up, you never know what will turn up in New Jersey. Today, black bears, tomorrow horned toads.
Luckily I called Homeland Security to keep FAT TOAD off the westbound GWB.

I’m usually pretty squeamish about this stuff, but honestly this doesn’t bother me so much. If you show me a dude blowing out his knee in slow motion, I will either lose my lunch or pass out. This is gross, but more because its a close up of a dude’s foot than because of how painful it looks. The soles of your feet are like leather. Removing a wart from there is probably the least painful place on the body.

Nobody listens to me. I keep warning them to watch out for those invisible horned toads. "Wart," sure. Like you want us to believe that something amenable to treatment by over-the-counter cryogenics and corrosives for everyone else only didn't work in your special case. Forget it. I clearly discern the pattern of puncture marks left by stepping on Phrynosoma platyrhinos calidiarum, and these guys are just too embarrassed to admit that Cuddyear walked out to the coke machine in his socks and nailed himself. I'm saving my sympathy for the horned toad.
