		<description><![CDATA[Not enough information to label this with &#039;it&#039;s nothing serious&#039;. Those red streaks = phlebitis or vein inflammation. There&#039;s a real risk of abscess which means muscle damage, contracture of the muscle/joint nearest the scarring, and risk of systemic infection. A little more information would be nice; if this is a staph infection the kid could be in real trouble if it&#039;s the flesh eating kind. I think I&#039;ll reserve &#039;nothing serious&#039; once we know a bit more about it.]]></description>
