He did get a chance to be a QB. Miami drafted him as a QB, but he was horrific and just didn’t have the tools to make the transition to an NFL game. When he was cut there were 31 other teams than took a pass, and no one came calling from the CFL either.

Dude was a fool. Antwaan Randle El carved out a nice career for himself as a receiver and multi-purpose guy. White should have stuck with the NFL, or even gone the CFL route.
Agree with bigxrob – baseball skills diminish quickly. Heck, look at Michael Jordan. Guy was a stud baseball player in high school. The fact that a dozen years later he could actually come back and hit .230 (or whatever he hit) against AA pitching is pretty damn good.

to bad he didnt get a chance at being a QB.He actually had a decent arm.it got better every yr he was at WVU..Not saying he would of been great by any means but think he could of atleast been a solid back up
