Its years old. Something about copyright infringement and how Ortiz has no excuse of ignorance bc he was at Jayz club multiple times before he opened his club in the DR.

And to Florida yes it does apply if your advertising your club to americans and causing market place confusion by leading people to believe it is related to Jayz clubs. Especially since Ortiz’ club is a s$%t hole and bc of that it revaules Jayz club by using the same name. There are international bussiness laws that protect companys for just these reasons.
