Imagine history without it. No Galileo, no Sacco and Vanzetti, no Salem Witch Trials, no Ox Bow Incident, and a much duller finish to Light in August. Let’s just hang Bonds for the hell of it and move on already to the Wilpon v. Picard trial, which should prove to be much more interesting. I’ve been as bored as George Sanders with this one since the jury was seated.
