Jorge Posada has been my least favorite MLB player for years. This year, though, Youkilis was closing in on the title. But this little incident has ensured that Jorge will remain at the top of the “hate list.” frankly, I am sorta happy.

Hey….Where’s all the love? Jorge’s been a mainstay for the Yankees and has certainly delivered on a lot of occasions. He’s been 1 of my favorites for years. Frustration (and pride) sometimes makes us do or say crazy things. He’s not used to being in this position, has had a stellar career, has some bumps and bruises and yeah, he may be seeing the end. Many athletes have trouble facing the day “when the cheering ends”. Hopefully, he can get out of the slump, man-up and have a great last hurrah. Go Yankees!!!!

It’s such an insult to be batting ninth for the NEW YORK YANKEES!!! Waaaaa! I guess everyone would be more understanding if this were in the NL…. But really the fact that the Yankees pencil you in anywhere in the lineup even though you’re batting as well as a pitcher is expected to bat, tells you how out of touch and how much of a baby you are. Suck it up and bat ninth Sally. I mean Jorge.

suck it up and show some class, you took over 120,000,000 of their money. You know baseball careers have to end. You are sitting on over $80,000,000, have two kids, a beautiful wife, a mansion in Puerto Rico and you can do anything you want with your life.
You look like a little boy in a man’s body ready to cry. You don’t want a future in baseball, and I doubt anyone will give you one now, finish out the season, do as you are told as a nice boy and go home with your 10 million dollars.

I'm really disappointed in the lack of discipline. I know any number of grandmothers in variously advanced stages of dementia who would have given anything to bite Jorge's tushy.
