Jo-Jo Reyes pitched a whale of a game and deserved the win.

Where was our offense? 2 runs was all the Beaverboys could manage? It certainly looked like they wanted to contribute some offense but they did it by striking, popping, or fouling out. There’s way too much swinging for the fences going on.

If your name is not Jose Bautista or Adam Lind then you need to be thinking contact, not moon-shot-homer. Just way too many pop ups or fouls straight up in the air as a result of mighty hacks. Short quick slap hits a la Rajai Davis and then we’d be somewhere.

Lets hope they learned something for tomorrow.
