Yesterday was obviously not a good day for Boston sports fans. First the Red Sox move up the start time of their game because of the Bruins NHL finals appearance. I believe their first since 1990 although you have to go all the way back to 1972 the last time they won Lord Stanley’s Cup. Then the Bruins go and lose the 1st game.
On top of that the Red Sox get swept by the “other” Sox team the White Sox.
Yep, not a good sports day for Boston fans.

That’s Boston’s seventh straight loss to Chicago at home. Last time they beat the White Sox at Fenway was 8/26/09.
