And Morneau is the more valuable of the two.
He’s a better hitter than Mauer. Unless you’re fine with nothing but singles.

The real question will he catch two days in a row? What about a day game after a night one? At this point there really isn’t any hurry to get him back here, season’s toast get healthy and grab your OF’s glove cause thats where you should be next year.

Morneau would seem a difficult person to deal with the issues he’s having with his central nervous system (concussion, pinched nerve & impending neck surgery). I doubt MN gets back what they believes he is worth.
