		<description><![CDATA[Players are drafted in the 30th round because they aren&#039;t very good; it is the innate talent level, not being drafted in the 30th round, that leads to the poor success rate of players drafted in the 30th round.  If he goes to USC for 3 years and re-enters the draft, he won&#039;t be drafted much higher than he was this time unless he shows greater than expected development for those 3 years because teams factor in projection/development into their valuations....and he could be drafted lower (or not at all) if he fails to develop as expected.]]></description>
