what good is a closer when you never have the lead? the blowjays need so much help its not even funny, they cant hit, their pitching is overrated BIG time its amazing they hang around .500 when you think about it

The Beavermen got pwned. The score reflects the fact that the BoSox are probably the best team in the AL right now. Unfortunately it also reflects the ice cold nature of my Beaverboys as well. They simply slept through this one. So depressed I’m actually watching the Dodgers v the Rockies right now and enduring the direful commentary of the 2 disinterested guys calling the game. There’s so much dead air I start to wonder if they’ve dozed off. Still, nice to see a close game…even with the ridiculous errors. sigh…

Riiight.

I don’t speak for Sox fans. I didn’t blame Francona…it was a freak occurrence…no one could figure out why the team started so cold, but it’s in the past.

If we miss the playoffs by one or two games, then that bad start will be the reason.

My favorite part about this is that Kevin Youkilis didn’t even start. When you can bench your cleanup hitter and still hang 16 runs on your opposition, that’s a good thing.

Proudly ….. I have to be honest with you , I gained some serious respect for the blue jays fans today at that game , with the score at 16-4 there were still a bunch of fans supporting the team and cheering on McCoy ( he actually had a few great pitches ) .
