Still you have to love the numbers put up in this list.

I counted 4 guys on the list that can even manage to get on base at a reasonable clip in ( mostly) the low minors.

I had the pleasure of seeing Billy Hamilton play recently, and let me tell you that guy can absolutely fly. If they didn’t give him the green light every single time he got on it would be a mistake. He got a triple in the game I went to, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone make it home to third faster. Now if he can just pick up that OBP and cut down on his massive number of errors…

By my calculations, Hamilton has been on base roughly 75 times. And he has 52 steals. Ridiculous.

So they’ve got the perpetual green light in low A-ball, huh?!

There’s no other way to explain 52 stolen bases and a .294 OBP, dude has to be running any time he gets near a base.

If only they’d let you steal first, right?!
