The Jays hope that the relief pitchers of theirs who are on this list are all Type B free agents. Toronto wants more sandwich round draft picks. It was unfortunate that Frasor was a Type A free agent last year and nobody was willing to give up a first round pick to sign him.

One bright side to the Dodger financial woes is they hopefully will avoid giving one or two year deals at $2.5-$4 million per next year. With few exceptions a team would be better off giving playing time to young guys.
