Anyhoo, we can preserve hope that he can bounce back to be our #3 for the rest of the season. Now, lest anyone think I’m ever negative about the Universe, it looks like AJ is in proper form. Gordon’s 2nd start tomorrow will determine his further use in long relief or spot starts.

It has come up in this esteemed forum that Nunez’s faux pas are of concern. Back in the day, before rehab at the New York School of Ballet, I recall a certain shortstop who didn’t quite have his ship legs yet. Since graduating from there 10 years ago, continuance of education brought him to the NYU Political School of Avoidance.
