It didn’t take long for Jim Riggleman to find work after resigning as Nationals manager last week, as CSN Chicago just announced that he’ll serve as a guest analyst on their pregame and postgame broadcast during the White Sox-Cubs series.
Riggleman was the Cubs’ manager from 1995 through 1999, going 374-419 (.472), and the CSN Chicago press release notes that he’ll “offer his insight and analysis to the always-entertaining city rivalry.”
I guess this sort of makes us co-workers now, so I look forward to sharing a Jack and Coke with Riggleman at the next NBC/Comcast party. Hopefully he’ll bring his new friends too.

Riggleman lives like 20 mins from NATS stadium. MLB manager in his home town & he quits only to work at CSN Chicago. The power play failed. OOPS. Sorry Riggleman you had the NATS playing really good.
