I wouldn’t worry about him getting hurt- the same stuff that has him increasing his bat speed at 35 should also help him heal quicker.

If either one of these guys ends up on the DL over this somebody should be fired. Risking one guy out of position and the other completely inadequate at defense is plain stupid for one game in late June.

If this was the WS sure but inter-league in June, .. dumb.

I am at the game right now and let me tell you…the TV probably doesn’t convey the sheer suckitude of that McDonald guy at the plate. He had the balls to argue the strike three call with his .102 batting average.

That’s why they’re 5-6 when he pitches, right? Somehow, I think A-Gon at every position would have them winning quite often no matter how lousy he pitches.
