Carlos Zambrano leaves game early with sore back

I guess this is one of those posts where the headline is enough. But since I’m here:

Carlos Zambrano left today’s game against the Giants in the second inning with lower back soreness. He had given up a run on two hits with two walks issued when he left.

In other news, has it not felt like the Giants and Cubs have been playing this series for seventeen weeks?
