He has hit .270/.379/.475 over that period with a 126 OPS+. I’m not sure in what world that equates to sub-par. Although it is true he doesn’t throw a temper tantrum every time he makes an out, so there’s that.

I’m not an economist nor did I sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night but Shalackey is getting more than twice the money Pavano got. Even adjusted for inflation the RS are taking a bigger beating here.

The real question is Crawford shaping up to be Drew part 2? Seems like Drew, sub-par production and WAY below expectations for twice the money.

Considering the way the RS do business unless both of these guys bounce back it will hamstring them for years in the FA market.
