Really weird last night… he did let on at all that he injured himself, but merely struck the batter out, walked slowly to the dugout, and right up the tunnel to the trainer’s room.
Francona mentioned before he needed a little rest, and already skipped a Lester start about a month ago.
I’m not saying he’s not hurt, but I bet if this were mid September in a close race old Jawwnny Lestah would be pitching.
