		<description><![CDATA[Probably has a lot to do with the fact they wouldn&#039;t get much in return for him, because he&#039;s not very good. He&#039;s a back end starter. Pitches to contact because he doesn&#039;t K a lot, has a brutal GB% which means he gives up a ton of HR&#039;s. Maybe he gets by in a big park, but the guy isn&#039;t someone I would want pitching in a playoff game.

Since 2008 he ranks 54 out of 72 qualifying SP&#039;s in ERA, and I doubt he&#039;d fair much better with FIP or WAR. He&#039;s probably more valuable eating innings to Baltimore than the C prospect they&#039;d get in return.]]></description>
