CEO Bob Galvin decided that Hollywood would be an good test market: wealthy people, lots of windshield time, producers, agents, actors wanting to be in touch with  each other. So he went to Hollywood and asked many people if they would be interested in a portable phone that was the size of a shoe. This became Maxwell Smart&#039;s shoe phone.]]></description>
