The point here is that he clearly denied the unsubstantiated claim that he’s a victim of the crime and it would probably be logical to give him the benefit of the doubt since he knows something about it and you don’t.

No sure if you heard the entire interview, but Cutter was clearly coached in his responses. In fact, he repeated the same thing over and over whenever the subject of his dad was brought up.

The ‘he’s a grinder’ line and ‘I haven’t even read it (Times article)’ and ‘I just wanna play the game like my Dad and talk about my career’. I believe I have the whole interview recorded if you’re interested I can email an mp3 to you.

After the interview Dino stated that his producer was taking a tongue licking from the Potomac Nationals media relations guy (who’s probably all of 22 years old, was psyched that a national radio show was calling seeking an interview with a player and he actually gets to arrange it) who claims he told Dino’s Producer that the NY Times story was off-limits. As if anyone would be calling on the day his Dad is featured in a scathing article in the nations largest newspaper to discuss Cutter’s career.

Dino also read from an article that had quoted Cutter stating something quite different than what he said last night.
