When did the Orioles get a plan? If their plan has been over promote young players, and sign under performing veterans, then they do have a plan, but need a new one. As a fan of an AL East nonbountiful team, I wish them success. Signing both Derek Lee and Vlad were horrific moves. Not only did every other GM know what they didn’t, but Vlad cost them a draft pick if I’m not mistaken.
