I see where you guys were coming from. I was looking at it a different way. While wasting bacon is a mortal sin, I would much rather be forced to evacuate my condo building because someone was cooking bacon and things went awry versus having to move because some idiot tried to cook tofu.

I miss scrapple. Moved from PA to NC and if you want scrapple you get something called “liver mush”. The name itself is a nosale. Anyway, I agree with everyone about porkroll kicking a$$.

I agree, I tried scrapple at Lenny’s in Clearwater (right down the road from Citizens Bank Park Jr.) it was tough to get down.

But if anyone ever goes to Philly spring training, you have to stop at Lenny’s for breakfast. Great food.

Scrapple is what it sounds like. Scraps of liver and backfat sometimes head meat is involved. But it’s just plain nasty and Hunter Pence should never ever eat it. Nor should anyone else. Why eat Scrapple when you can eat sausages, pork roll, and bacon anyway? It doesn’t even make sense.
