Interesting that the picture is of Roy Halladay next to the words “Legends are Born in October.”

The implication is clear. Halladay becomes a legend by leading the Fightins’ to victory in the World Series. Probably pitching a no-hitter in the clinching game.

What I don’t understand is, why would Craig choose such a pro-Phillies image to lead off a post about the playoffs? What I understand even less is, why didn’t any of the resident Phillies fans pick up on this already?
