People quite often dismiss the value of a league-average player, but since becoming a full-time starter in &#039;08, Pelfrey&#039;s been more or less a league-average starter giving the team close to 200 innings/year.  For a cost controlled player, that&#039;s valuable, and a good chunk of that value would be destroyed by making him a one-inning reliever.]]></description>
