		<description><![CDATA[That was a good article, I find it interesting the OFP tool and how they add and take away from it. The report was easy to read and gave a good sense of who that player projects to be.

I also liked the part where some evaluators don&#039;t read reports before seeing someone, keeps the bias out and can help see if the scouts and other people see the same things.]]></description>
