Padres: 2007 and 2010. Total Championships within the next 3 years: 0
Pirates: 1992. Championships: 0
Braves: 1992, 1998. Championships: 0. They did win in 1995, right in between the two years of dominant pitching, but not when they were shutting people out.

Conclusion: Good pitching hurts teams. It’s irrefutable.
