Typically, in fact legally, gin must have juniper. The proportion of botanicals is about 85 to 90% juniper & coriander to the rest.

Serve over ice, with a splash of tonic, fruit of choice, but lime if you have any class at all. Also as a martini; ALWAYS stir, never shake. Sip it slow, for it is medicine.

Now, ask your self: you want socialist vodka or democratic, lovely, delicious gin?

Len, I’m really a poor judge of “drinks” anyway. Although I try drinks, I can never appreciate the depth of flavor in them when compared to a top shelf beer. I just can’t enjoy a drink when there are tasty brews to be had.
