		<description><![CDATA[yea not signing him to a long term deal will give walt plenty of time to scrounge up another washed up ex-card to replace him. he just had his best year and because he didn&#039;t steal bases you don&#039;t think they should sign for more than a couple of years? did you take into account that dusty has batted him everywhere in the lineup from first to cleanup?hard to steal bases when you are trying to drive in runs isn&#039;t it? if he had not told dusty to bat him leadoff the reds would be worse than the cubs! even if the reds had somebody capable of taking his spot they would never know since baker refused to give consistent playing time to any of the reds prospects. only in dustyland will hitting a homer or 3 in a game guarantee you will not play the next day or week.simply the worst manager in baseball. they should resign him to at least a 3 year deal no matter what your stupid new stats tell you!]]></description>
