As much as he is probably beloved in Cleveland the franchise cannot tie up $8.5 mil to a player who hasn’t been productive in a good three years. I don’t know what kind of offers he may receive on the open market but he might want to stay in Cleveland at a reduced salary.

Just another guy with a lot of talent that couldn’t use it, and another guy that got great national pub from Peter Gammons because his GM (Mark Shapiro) was trading Gammons inside info on other teams.
