So. It has begun. What can we expect from Oz-Fest: The Marlins Experiment? How bout a few fans in the stands? That’d be nice. I’m tired of catching that team playing to the concessions staff and the rats. Maybe Ozzie’s true talent will be to pit bums in seats. A shiny new stadium to play in and shiny new manager to encourage that play. Perhaps things are looking up for the Feesh at last?

I am curious to see how Ozzie’s public personal is received by the Marlins owner and son-in-law…each of whom seem to be difficult personalities and each of whom seem to know much less about baseball than they like to think they do. Will Ozzie shut it because they tell him to? That doesn’t seem likely.
