This is really the time for a trade, while he has some value. He may need another city to play in for a change. That is the main reason Rasmus was traded to Toronto. That will be his last chance to shine. If he fails in Toronto he is done for the majors. If they let Jason crash and burn in Atlanta, he may never amount to anything. Unless this guy is just injury prone, which will happen anywhere.

His slump was caused by smashing one pitch in twenty or so on the outer portion of the plate. He would then proceed to pop up or hit weak grounders on the next nineteen or so then suddenly smash one getting our hopes back up only to repeat the same thing over and over. You could see him at times start going the other way with those pitches then suddenly he would just stop after two or three at bats and then go right back to trying to pull everything. Honestly at this point i would rather have francouer.
