Bah. Not only did they eat chicken and biscuits, but they strangled the chickens with their own hands. The biscuits were easier: you just take them by the tail and whack them against the edge of the buffet table, the way you’d stun a mouse before throwing it to your ball python.

Well the Yankees did have 15 “walk off” wins during the 2009 season, plus 2 more in the post season. Don’t know if they were trailing in the 7th or not.

Not quite the MLB record however. That’s held by the ’43 Yankees, who also won the WS.

Not very many “walk off” wins this past season, but their 97 win total was good enough to lead the AL.

They had the best record in the AL but lacked killer instinct. Yesh that makes sense in “.. I can’t think about anything for my editor so let just pull something out of my arse..” sort of way.
