why would they change his position anyways? he is one of the best at his position. in the unlikely event that they brought in reyes, wouldnt they ask the new guy to play 2nd or 3rd? Kinda like what happened in New York w/ ARod and Jeter?

I doubt if it had anything to do with Hanley’s agent. Samson, and Beinfest last week, were just embalming the waters and transmitting reassurance to the easily ruffled Hanster after Slobbering Ozzie ran his motormouth off. This was just the first of numerous episodes to come wherein the Feesh’s ranking loose cannon finds himself being pegged back to the deck by Cap’n Beinfest and Master-at-Arms Chihuahua.
