This is inherent when you have players from foreign countries that don’t have the same identity safeguards in place as the U.S. Not that fraud can’t happen here, but to a much lesser degree.

I have to comment as well on this guy “Kleiber Miguel Bruno Gonzalez” who accepted the bribe. With all those names, he appears to have an identity crisis of his own.
