I&#039;m guessing there&#039;d be more of a demand for Soriano even with the contracts were the same, and Burnett&#039;s owed $8 million more over the next two years.  And while the Yankees have plenty of capable bullpen options even without Soriano, taking Burnett out really puts a crimp in the rotation.  Yeah, I know he&#039;s unreliable, but the Yanks simply don&#039;t have a reasonable alternative for his innings right now.]]></description>
