Josh Hamilton had sports hernia surgery

Josh Hamilton had an MRI last night on the old groin.  It was reported beforehand that if the MRI revealed a sports hernia, he’d have surgery within 48 hours.  Guess what? It did and he did.

Hamilton underwent surgery in Dallas this morning.  Sports hernia surgery is not terribly major, from what I gather, and he is expected to be ready to go for spring training.  And hopefully the power he so clearly lost in the postseason will be restored as a result.

What does an evangelical need a groin for anyway?

I’ve always contended that groins are massively overrated.

Oh come on Gator, evangelicals use their groins…just not constantly in every direction.

True, they’re pretty committed to the….(and I ask forgiveness for this one in advance)…missionary position.

PS ordered Scorpions last night after posting. Looking forward to engaging you about it after reading.

So, according to a previous HBT post he had a MRI on the groin last night in Philadelphia but underwent surgery this morning in Dallas? Am I the only one to find this odd?

So nobody finds it weird that he had a MRI last night in Philadelphia but surgery this morning in Dallas? If he were seeing a specialist in Philadelphia would he not have that same specialist perform the surgery? I am really curious about this.
