He can definitely hit enough to play in a corner spot and there’s also less risk of injury there. He could also go from being a good defensive CFer to an elite defensive corner player. I agree that pretty much every team should be in on a player of this calibre for a one-year deal. If Berkman got $8-million ahead of last season with St. Louis, I’d imagine Sizemore could command around that as well.
