I just wonder if the $4 million to Broxton is all guaranteed or if there are incentives and the guaranteed money is more like $2.5 million? If that&#039;s the case than I&#039;d be ecstatic (wow thankfully spell check had that, b/c I couldn&#039;t figure out how to spell it) about this move.]]></description>
