		<description><![CDATA[it&#039;s not near because walt is still scouring nursing homes looking for washed cards he sign that can provide the veteran leadership and production like the statue they had playing shortstop last year. of coarse they would still over pay as they did in his case since nobody but the reds wanted the guy but that is how walt does buisness. yea forget about what Phillips brings to the table or what a young prospect might do let&#039;s sign or get this guy because he played great for me 20 years ago in st. louis.just sign Phillips and be done with it!]]></description>
