and barring them using the money to sign Pujols or Fielder any other player (specifically SS) they bring in will be worse than Rollins and cause the offense to go from lackluster (even though it was basically league avg) to worse.

Ruben, please let Rollins walk and then look for other options at improving the offense. Not because spending the money on someone else guarantees actual improvement, but because bringing Rollins back pretty much guarantees more of the same lackluster offense. It’s time to try something else.

If Rollins holds firm to more then 3 years Ruben will move on. Just look at Lee 1.0 when he was traded Lee and got Halliday. Not wise to call this man’s bluff.
