The winter meetings are winding down and the Orioles traded for this guy and Teagarden. It’s like they’re trying to fail on purpose. Eveland will probably have a poor spring/get hurt and won’t make the rotation. The team is already stacked with quality AAA pitching that can’t get it done at the top level.

If LaCava had become GM of Baltimore, he would never have made that deal. He knows how inadequate Eveland is from first hand experience.
