Also, these guys provide organizational depth for the staff. These days a team needs a 7th and 8th starter at AAA just in case.

The Winter Meetings having ended, we go into semi-hibernation. Teams pick over the scrap pile to stock their benches, bullpens, and AAA clubs. With occasional trades and significant free agent signings to liven up things. Next thing you know, Spring Training will come, and we can anticipate the coming season with delight or dread, depending on our favorite team’s prospects.

Both of these guys were originally drafted by the Jays. They both made it to the Jays, but never lived up to their early promise.I wish them luck.
