Once he shifted to 2nd he became a viable offensive weapon. As for the defensive stats….well, I don’t feel like looking them up. I am basing this just on memory as an offensive player.

EE in LF gives them another option and makes him more valuable as a trade piece next summer if his bat looks good. There may be a shortage of 3B talent, but EE isn’t anyone’s idea of a steady glove at the hot corner.
