Hey, the guy’s only 23! It’s a little early to be writing his obituary. While his numbers in AAA aren’t great, he hasn’t had a huge amount of games there between injuries and filling in on the Mets. He may yet pan out with more development.

Dumb? more like it’s about time. First off F-Mart all of 23 years old has arthritis in his knees which we all know will get worse not better plus his desire to work and make it to the big leagues has been questioned When he made his debut with the Mets a couple of years ago he popped up in one at bat and never ran to first base.

You can always pull a player back off of waivers if he’s claimed, so it’s not that big of a deal.

False. That only applies to revocable waivers after the July 31 trading deadline.
