Maybe he’ll adjust and be an impact bat in the majors….but there is a giant gap between the competition he has faced and the competition in the Majors, and most minor leaguers hit their ceiling somewhere in that gap.

Of importance, Cespedes number in Cuba are nice, but they have coincided with a league-wide increase in offense in the league. He is not head and shoulders above the other “elite” Cuban players in his league…indeed, he likely isn’t the best hitter in the league…he is among the best….but he is in no way crushing the competition. To me, that doesn’t scream major league star.
